Her 30 years of volunteering with local organizations that support the arts, education and women will be honored on Nov. 7 at the National Philanthropy Day luncheon sponsored by the Greater Cincinnati chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. The Anchor For Hope Foundation will be hosting an upcoming event to benefit their partner organizations, including 4C for Children. “Speakeasy in the City” will take place on Saturday, October 19 from 7:30-10:30 p.m. at Phelps Rooftop Bar Downtown. This chic evening will showcase speakers from several partner organizations of the foundation, including 4C for Children, who will share their inspiring missions and community impact.

4C for Children will honor Steve Richey and Kathy Wade as Champions for Children at the annual 
4C for Children has successfully partnered with Cincinnati Early Learning Centers (CELC) and Children, Inc., on early childhood programs over the years that support families and children in the region. 
Four new members of the 4C for Children Board of Trustees have been announced. Each of these community leaders will serve three-year terms on the board. “We are pleased that these new trustees are willing to share their talent, expertise and energy with our agency,” says Vanessa Freytag, 4C president and CEO.
