4C for Children is excited to welcome the following keynote speakers to the 2025 Leadership and Early Childhood Conference.
Friday, Oct. 10: William Martinez
William Martinez is a multi-award-winning keynote speaker who for the past 10 years has traveled the world sharing his dynamic and unique presentations including The Power of BELONGing and SIGNing The Song. William also speaks on The Impact of Rest and implements his powerful ASL in the Classroom program to school districts across the country.
In addition to his speaking engagements, William is also a professional actor/singer with many credits and awards under his belt. His theatrical version of SIGNing The Song won a Broadway World award and he has performed for countless award shows, honor galas and charity events. He has done film, TV, voiceovers and sang backup for Kristin Chenoweth during her solo tour!
Saturday, Oct. 11: Otis Williams
Otis Williams is an expert in the Science of Personal Achievement—the ability to turn dreams into reality. He is the founder and President of Otis Williams Limitless, a personal development company that teaches people how to train their fear so they can live their dreams.
While serving in the U.S. Army, Otis was promoted from a private to a noncommissioned officer, in less than two years, by applying time-tested proven principles, strategies, and techniques he was studying. After receiving an honorable discharge from the military, he began a career in banking.
Otis has been honored as a YMCA Black Achiever. He is a recipient of the “Profiles in Courage” award. He was named as one of Cincinnati Business Courier’s “Forty Under 40” Young Business Leaders and has been recognized as an Emerging Leader by Applause! Magazine.
