Fill Vacancies With Job-Ready Substitute Teachers
If you are having having trouble covering employee vacation, sick leave, or filling gaps, and your program is located in Butler, Clark, Greene or Shelby counties, you can participate in a pilot program 4C for Children is heading up to meet your needs.
The program, which kicks off on Jan. 1 and ends Dec. 31, 2024, involves signing up for and using the Child Care Staffing Solutions app, Childcare Matters, to connect with a network of qualified early childhood substitutes. Additional counties will be added over the course of the year.
As part of the pilot program, we are also recruiting and training a pool of job-ready early childhood substitute teachers who will provide both long- or short-term staffing relief. We ensure potential employees are trained and equipped to hit the ground running on day one.
