          Update for Ohio Child Care Providers: Essential workers defined and more

          The upcoming closure of child care programs as ordered by Governor DeWine will take place beginning this Thursday, March 26 through at least Thursday, April 30.           Ohio Update: Family Child Care Programs Approved for Pandemic Child Care License

          ALERT for Ohio Child Care Providers: Ohio Child Care Programs to Close

          Ohio Child Care Programs to Close
          As anticipated, Governor Mike DeWine announced this afternoon that all Ohio child care programs will close beginning Thursday, March 26 through at least Thursday, April 30. This emergency action is among many that have been enacted statewide to help reduce the spread of COVID-19. An official order on this has not yet been released so the full details of this plan will be shared in the coming days.           Update for Ohio Families: Gov. DeWine Orders Child Care Closed; Pandemic Centers to Open

          March 22, 2020

          Governor DeWine announced this afternoon the closure of all Ohio child care programs beginning Thursday, March 26 through at least Thursday, April 30. 4C for Children and other state Child Care Resource and Referral agencies are working closely with Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) to prepare for this child care transition in our local communities.
