Our Parent & Youth Ambassadors (PYAs) are skilled in helping families access state and local resources and support for children ages birth to 21. Our PYAs provide a single, in-person assistance in navigating and accessing state and local services, referrals and benefits—free of charge! Their work is in partnership with the Ohio Department of Children and Youth (DCY).

These specialists have lived experience in navigating social systems and are dedicated to quickly serve families in need. PYAs can be reached via phone, email or in-person.
