Start Your Own Child Care Program

Starting your own child care program means you can make a lasting difference in the lives of local children and families by providing the quality child care that is essential to children and working families.

4C for Children has developed tools, guidance documents, training and coaching that will successfully guide you from your initial idea to opening the doors to your new family child care or center-based program. In addition, our staff of early childhood experts are here to make the journey as easy as possible, from helping you obtain the required training classes to providing business support and coaching.

We’ve developed a special Resource Library for Starting and Expanding Child Care Programs (see link below) that will walk you through the steps to obtain a license. Click on the links below to begin exploring the library and its resources.

If you have specific questions, please reach out to us at startingcc@4cforchildren.org.
