We are a work in progress. 4C for Children leadership, staff and volunteers working together have made strides and are committed to continuing to struggle, grow and implement to ensure fairness for all.

In our daily interactions with those inside and outside our agency, we assume positive intent and treat others as we want to be treated. We embrace and encourage different perspectives and lead with curiosity, not judgment. We show grace and choose not to take things personally. We are committed to continuously improving ourselves and each other.

When we collectively join forces, we are unstoppable. We don’t let ego or personal preference get in the way of doing what’s right for the team, the agency or our clients. We’re willing to pitch in wherever necessary and we reach across departments and regions in collaboration, utilizing the strengths, skills and knowledge of our coworkers to deliver solutions and results. We celebrate each other.
