4C for Children’s Ramping Up For Quality campaign will ensure that our community’s youngest minds receive the quality early education and care they need to get the best start in life! Quality early education makes all the difference in helping prepare children socially, emotionally and intellectually. It can unlock the potential in every child and ensures that all children start kindergarten prepared for success.
A mandate from the State of Ohio requires all child care providers serving families who receive state assistance to be quality rated in the state’s Step Up To Quality (SUTQ) rating system by June 30, 2020. If unrated programs do not get rated by that deadline, families will lose child care and their ability to maintain employment. Your support of this campaign will help us ensure that 1,109 child care providers that serve over 30,000 children attain a SUTQ rating by this deadline.
This campaign effort is being championed by Pam Page-Boykins & Billy Boykins. We hope that you join them, and the 4C community, in this effort.
