A huge thank you to all those who supported the 4C for Children Ramping Up For Quality campaign that concluded on Dec. 31, 2019. By answering the call to support quality early childhood education in our community, 4C for Children friends and partners have helped ensure that our community’s youngest minds receive the quality early education and care they need to get the best start in life!
The dollars contributed to this campaign have helped–and will continue to help–unrated Ohio child care providers serving families who receive state assistance for child care get the resources needed to achieve quality ratings in the state’s Step Up To Quality (SUTQ) rating system by June 30, 2020. If unrated programs do not get rated by that deadline, families will lose child care and their ability to maintain employment.
We remain committed to making sure no child is left behind. Between now and June 30, we will continue working to ensure children still at risk of losing quality early learning options in our region get the opportunity to jump start their early education, too.
The Ramping Up For Quality campaign was championed by Pam Page-Boykins & Billy Boykins and a committee of community leaders dedicated to furthering early childhood opportunities to all children. Thank you to all who supported this critical funding.
