Hamilton County CARES Child Care Provider Relief Program Application Is Now Open!

          August 5, 2020

Hamilton County will use a portion of its CARES Act funding to reimburse Hamilton County child care providers for losses during the time programs operated under a Temporary Pandemic Child Care (TPCC) license as they served children and families from Hamilton County using Publicly Funded Child Care.

Hamilton County child care programs who held TPCC licenses can fill out the application at
          https://forms.4cforchildren.org/cares.aspx

The deadline to submit the application is August 25, 2020.

If you have questions, or need help filling out the application, please send an email to hccares@4cforchildren.org.

4C for Children has been selected to assist Hamilton County with the communication process, gathering of applications and review of those submissions. Note that Hamilton County will make the final determination of payment eligibility and size of payment.
