Policy Update: In-person coaching and on-site training

Beginning on Monday, Sept. 13, 2021, 4C for Children will put into effect changes to in-person coaching and on-site training at child care programs in the Miami Valley and Southwest Ohio. These changes have been made due to the increasing number of COVID-19 cases in our region. We are very concerned with keeping everyone in our community safe, especially as the Delta variant has increased hospitalizations among children. Coaching Those Who Serve Our Youngest Learners

4C for Children Quality Programs Specialist Debra Chin has coached the staff at Youthland Academy in Milford for over 12 years as the staff has worked to increase the quality of the care they provide for children. As a result of this collaboration, Youthland earned it’s initial one-star Step Up To Quality rating several years ago and in July 2021, the program celebrated earning a four-star rating.
