Please Complete Email Surveys Focused on Reopening
Last Friday you should have received a survey from the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) and this Wednesday you will receive a new survey from 4C for Children. Both focus on helping you prepare to reopen your program, so please take the time to complete both.
The ODJFS survey is designed to help the state better understand your needs and plans and drive future policy decisions. Please complete the survey even if your plan is to remain closed.
By completing the 4C for Children survey you will help us connect local families in need of care to your program as well as help give us a clearer idea of the types of resources and supports that you need to successfully reopen your program.
