URGENT: Don’t Be Scammed
We have become aware of people exploiting small businesses like yourself by overcharging for assistance in helping you apply for loans and grants during this uncertain time and/or participating in potential fraud and scams.
If someone approaches you–either in person, by phone or through email or social media–and offers to help you apply for loans and grants for your business or personal use for a fee, be aware of potential fraud or exploitation. You should not have to pay anything upfront when applying for a loan or a grant.
Please know there is FREE assistance available through a variety of resources: your local bank, the Small Business Association, your local Small Business Development Center, Women’s Business Center, SCORE chapter, or SBA District Office. Contact information for these and others can be found here.
Here’s some helpful information about how to detect fraud.
SUTQ System Extension of Rating Dates

These changes include a 6-month extension of expiration dates for ongoing registrations (renewals) and anniversary dates for annual reports. Click here for details.
Register for Free Virtual Training from 4C for Children
4C for Children has developed virtual training to help meet your professional development needs. These sessions are Ohio Approved, FREE and feature live instruction.
The training uses Zoom (a free app for virtual meetings that you can download). You will receive an emailed meeting link prior to each training so please make sure your email is accurate in the registry! Just like in-person training you have to attend to get credit. In the virtual world that means that if you do not log into the training during the scheduled time, you will not receive credit.
See our offerings below and sign up for your training using the ST# for your region:
