CINCINNATI (March 24, 2026) – 4C for Children, a child care resource and referral agency serving families and child care providers throughout Southwest Ohio and the Miami Valley, is pleased to announce Whitney O’Neal, CFRE, as its new Vice President of Agency Advancement.
In this role, O’Neal will lead the agency’s strategic efforts in fundraising, community partnerships and organizational growth.
