  • Registration for all 4C workshops is available online at the 4C website or the Ohio Professional Registry.
  • Payment is required at the time of registration by credit card or PayPal. If payment is not made at the time of registration, registration is not complete.
  • Please make sure your e-mail address is correct at the Ohio Professional Registry. All notifications will be sent to this e-mail address.
  • Enrollment is limited; register early.
  • You will receive an e-mail confirmation of all registrations and payments through the Ohio Child Care Resource and Referral Agency (OCCRRA).

Waiting Lists

  • When a class is full or the registration deadline has passed, the system may give you the option to be added to a waiting list.
  • If a space opens up, the Ohio Profession Registry will notify you. A participant on the waiting list will not be automatically registered in the class. Re-visit the Ohio Professional Registry to complete the registration process and make final payment. You will receive notification by e-mail that you are registered for the class.
  • Please make sure your e-mail address is correct at the Ohio Professional Registry. All notifications will be sent to this e-mail address.


  • Walk-ins are welcome, space permitting. Payment may be made at the door by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover American Express), money order, cash or check made payable to 4C.
  • There is a $30 fee for returned checks due to insufficient funds.
  • Please note, in-service forms are held pending payment and OPIN verification.


  • Payment is non-refundable unless the workshop is cancelled by 4C.
  • If you cancel your registration at least seven days before the workshop, you will receive a coupon code to register for a class of equal or lesser value. You can use this code on any workshop offered by 4C.
  • To receive your coupon code, you must complete these steps at least seven days before the start of the workshop:
    1. Cancel your registration through the online registry system at Instructions can be found here.
    2. Call the Central Registrar Line at 513-758-1301 to request a coupon code.
  • If you cancel your registration fewer than seven days before the class, no coupon code will be issued.


  • Emergency cancellations due to inclement weather will be announced on WDTN, channel 2.
  • Call and listen to a pre-recorded message detailing the status of all workshops due to inclement weather on the 4C Weather Emergency Hotline at 937-723-2730. It is available 24 hours a day.
  • If 4C must cancel a class for reasons other than weather, you will be contacted by phone regarding class rescheduling. For this reason it is vital you keep your profile information correct. 4C is not responsible if you cannot be contacted due to incorrect information.


  • Doors open 30 minutes before the start of the workshop. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early. Latecomers will not be admitted.
  • All workshops begin promptly at the listed time.
  • You are welcome to bring food into the workshops. Beverage and snack vending machines are available at the Salvation Army Kroc center. Restaurants are not within walking distance.
  • For all daytime workshops, lunch is on your own unless otherwise noted. A thirty minute lunch break will be given during any workshop five hours or longer.

Lock Outs

A participant who registers and fails to attend three times without at least seven days' notice will be locked out of the system and will be unable to register for any workshops until the lock is removed.

In order for 4C to remove the lock, the participant will be subject to a processing fee of $10, to be paid by credit or debit card. To request for your account to be unlocked, contact 4C at 937-220-9660 x1301.


We are unable to accommodate children and non-participants at 4C workshops. 4C believes the care of children involves well-supervised, constructive play opportunities which are currently unavailable at these adult workshops.

ODJFS In-Service Forms

  • To receive ODJFS in-service credit, you must sign in upon arrival and attend the workshop for the entire scheduled time.
  • Upon completion of the workshop, participants will receive an ODJFS in-service form.
  • There is a $5 charge to replace each ODJFS in-service form. Contact 4C at 937-723-2714 to request an ODJFS in-service form replacement.
