Local children get higher quality care when their teachers are better supported in their own professional growth.
Child care administrators are given the opportunity to concentrate on their professional growth as they discover and strengthen their leadership skills as participants in the 4C Developing Early Childhood Leaders (DECL) seminar.
These child care administrators take part in classroom work, hear from outside speakers and receive coaching. But most of all, they form a community of learners that will continue to support future professional and personal growth.
This year’s DECL class kicked off their monthly sessions in Northern Kentucky this month and will complete the program in the fall. Learn more about DECL.
