Ways to Celebrate the Week of the Young Child
While we can’t celebrate young children and early childhood professionals in the classroom this year during this Week of the Young Child, we can celebrate on social media channels and by gathering together virtually.
Social Media
The National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) and America for Early Ed have created a Week of the Young Child social media toolkit for you to easily use and share with friends and colleagues as you celebrate this event.
Webinars
Kindermusik and NAEYC are also offering free webinars throughout the week.
Ohio AEYC is also hosting these webinar opportunities geared towards early educators:
-
“Happiness Is Running Through the Streets to Find You…Even During a Pandemic!” with Holly Elissa Bruno on Tuesday, April 14 from 7:30-8:30 p.m. Register here.
