Child care is essential and there are a large number of vacant staff positions in child care programs across the Miami Valley and Southwest Ohio.
4C for Children now offers a free job board for child care programs to share open jobs.
A video series and a social media toolkit have also been produced to spread the word about this need. All are invited to use the videos and the sample posts in the toolkit on your personal or business social media pages. Simply copy and paste to share the link to our new videos. With these resources, we can work together to inspire more community members to join the child care workforce!
