Swanson Brings Deep Experience with Nonprofit Financial Operations
CINCINNATI: 4C for Children has appointed Colleen Swanson to the role of chief financial officer in an effort to lead the organization’s financial goals of helping more families find quality child care.
Swanson has 17 years of finance and accounting experience most recently as senior audit manager at VonLehman CPA and Advisory Firm, one of the largest private CPA and advisory firms in Greater Cincinnati. As CFO, Swanson will oversee all aspects of 4C for Children’s financial operations including controllership, treasury, annual budgeting, and long-range planning.

4C for Children helps more than 100,000 Southwest Ohio and Miami Valley families with critical child care resources every year. The organization supports child care providers with access to training opportunities, coaching and other resources in their pursuit of providing the best possible early childhood education services.

Swanson holds an MBA in accounting from Indiana Wesleyan University and a BA in finance from Northern Kentucky University.
