Developing Early Childhood Leaders Seminar Begins in August

Are you an early childhood program director or administrator searching for inspiration to be a more effective leader while also discovering new tools for self improvement? If so, the Developing Early Childhood Leaders (DECL) seminar is for you!

Applications are now open and will be accepted until Friday, May 9. This year’s 4C for Children DECL seminar launches August 7. Monthly sessions will be held at our Miami Valley office. Scholarship opportunities are available.

About DECL

This 10-month seminar, designed specifically for early childhood program directors and administrators, helps participants grow into the leaders they want to be.

Members of this community of learners take part in day-long sessions that focus on topics like:

• strength-based leadership
• developing a vision
• managing through change
• advocacy
