Developing Early Childhood Leaders Seminar Begins in August

This year’s 4C for Children DECL seminar application is now open! Monthly sessions will be held at our Southwest Ohio office.

About DECL

This 10-month seminar, designed specifically for early childhood program directors and administrators, helps participants grow into the leaders they want to be.

Members of this community of learners take part in day-long sessions that focus on topics like:

• developing a vision
• managing through change
• advocacy
