The 4C for Children Family & Community Services department is dedicated to supporting families in need of child care and helping to ensure all children have the opportunity to experience the unconditional love of a family.
We provide the following free resources and services to support families:
- Referrals to help families find child care
- Information about quality child care
- Foster, adoptive or kinship care recruitment and retention
- Workshops for those who fill parenting roles in children’s lives
When a child receives critical high-quality early education and care in their early years and experiences the love and nurturing of a stable family environment, they have the tools they need to not only succeed in school…but in their lives.
