SBA Disaster Relief Resources
The BBB is inviting small business owners to attend a webinar hosted by the U.S. Small Business Administration. The free webinar will be held this Friday, April 17, at 1 p.m.
Alex Kohls, of the United States Small Business Administration (SBA), will provide an update to the SBA’s Economic Injury Disaster Loan, the Paycheck Protection Program, SBA Express Bridge Loans and SBA Debt Relief. He will discuss changes in these programs what might be coming on the horizon. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar. Invest in Self-Care
Social distancing and sheltering have dramatically changed personal and professional lives and brought on a whole new set of stressors for everyone. Take a 15-minute break from these stressors each Friday with Maria Gehl, an internationally recognized leader in mindfulness in early childhood. She will host guided weekly mindfulness sessions on Fridays at 12 p.m. exploring simple yet effective techniques to use throughout each day to manage stress and anxiety.
