Attention: Hamilton County Child Care Programs That Held Temporary Pandemic Child Care (TPCC) Licenses

July 15, 2020

If you are a child care provider located in Hamilton County that served as a TPCC site, you may be eligible to receive assistance from Hamilton County.

Hamilton County will use a portion of its CARES Act funding to assist child care providers that operated under the emergency pandemic child care license and served Hamilton County Publicly Funded Child Care children from March 26, 2020 – May 30, 2020. If you operated under your temporary pandemic child care license between May 31-June 9 while waiting on a new provisional license , services provided under your TPCC license between May 31 to June 9 may be included.

Assistance will be provided to child care providers that meet established eligibility and are able to document additional costs incurred to provide such service, pending verification of expenses and funding available.

The first step in this process is submitting a Hamilton County Vendor Registration Form. You will not be eligible to receive reimbursement for expenses until this form has been completed by you and received by the county. You can download the form here and submit it to hccares@4cforchildren.org.

4C for Children has been selected to assist Hamilton County with the communication process, gathering of applications and review of those submissions. The application and the process for applying will be released soon. Please direct your questions to hccares@4cforchildren.org. Note that Hamilton County will make the final determination of payment eligibility and size of payment.

Please submit your Hamilton County Vendor Registration Form to hccares@4cforchildren.org by July 23.
