4C for Children has been named a finalist in the 2024 Cincinnati Business Courier Best Places to Work award program. The recognition program recognizes companies that rank the highest in employee satisfaction via an independent third party.
The annual list is based on the results of surveying conducted by Quantum Workplace, which independently surveys employees at organizations that voluntarily participate in the program.
Quantum Workplace uses survey research methodology and organizational psychology to assess employee satisfaction in six categories: communication and resources, manager effectiveness, team dynamics, individual needs, personal engagement, and trust in leadership.
The scientific survey results were tallied and organizations were scored and ranked solely based on employee voice. Finalist companies are those that rated highest in one of five size categories: 10 to 24 employees, 25 to 49 employees, 50 to 99 employees, 100 to 249 employees, and 250 or more employees.
“The passion and excellence of our team is fueled every day by the culture we create together,” says Vanessa Freytag, president & CEO, 4C for Children. “This award celebrates the core values that were chosen through agency-wide input – Respect, Team, Integrity, Flexibility, Passion, Results and Joy – values that each of us strive to demonstrate daily. When we collectively join forces, we are unstoppable in serving the children, families, and child care professionals in our community.”
In all, 75 Greater Cincinnati companies and organizations were named finalists in this year’s Best Places to Work award program. The Cincinnati Business Courier will recognize finalists and announce the winners of each category on August 22.
“I’m so proud to lead such extraordinary professionals who have chosen to wake up each day and take compassionate action to create a brighter future for our children,” says Freytag.
