4C for Children, the local nonprofit agency dedicated to supporting families and child care providers through resources, referrals and advocacy, is proud to announce the promotion of Kim Ginn to Chief Program Officer (CPO).
In this new role, Ginn will oversee the agency’s full portfolio of programs and services, ensuring alignment with 4C for Children’s mission to support the adults who care for children.
As Chief Program Officer, she will guide strategic program development, strengthen community partnerships and enhance the quality and reach of services provided to children, families and early childhood educators across Southwest Ohio and the Miami Valley regions.
“Kim has demonstrated exceptional leadership, vision, and dedication to advancing our mission,” said Dean Woodring, president/CEO of 4C for Children. “I’m excited for her to bring that same energy and expertise to this expanded leadership role as we continue to grow and respond to community needs.”
Ginn has spent the past 21 years in various roles at 4C for Children helping to raise the quality of early childhood education and supporting local early childhood educators. Among the many contributions she has made in the past two decades are leading efforts in launching new initiatives, expanding services, securing critical funding and leading innovative programming.
“I am honored to step into the role of Chief Program Officer,” said Ginn. “It is a privilege to work alongside such a dedicated team, and I look forward to building on our successes to deepen our impact for the children and families we serve.”
Ginn holds a bachelor’s degree from Miami University and has more than 30 years of experience in the early childhood education field.
