4C for Children is pleased to announce the promotions of two longtime early childhood leaders: Andrew Brzezinski to Senior Strategic Director of Quality Programs and Briana Jones-Hardy to Strategic Director of Business Services & Outreach.

Both leaders have played key roles in strengthening the quality of early childhood programs and supporting child care professionals throughout the communities 4C for Children serves. Through their leadership, expertise and commitment to early childhood education, they have helped providers build stronger programs and improve experiences for young children and families.
In their new roles, Brzezinski will provide strategic leadership across the agency’s professional development and coaching services and will focus on cross-department alignment and stakeholder relationships, while Jones-Hardy will lead business services initiatives that support the growth and sustainability of child care programs.

Both Brzezinski and Jones-Hardy bring extensive experience in early childhood education and service delivery to their new positions.
