After more than a decade of leadership experience, she became a full-time speaker to help people slow the chaos and think clearly, communicate better and lead with intention. She also hosts Becoming a Better You podcast.
Monica’s talks focus on equipping others with practical, impactful strategies to unlock potential. She’ll share how small, purposeful actions can create meaningful and lasting impact.

Ron Shuali is a nationally recognized keynote speaker and behavior specialist who has been called the “Bad Boy of Early Childhood.” He created and leads UNprofessional Development, a company that aims to deliver interactive continuing education that is fun and enjoyable for educators.
Ron has a background in professional wrestling, comedy, improv, martial arts and yoga. At his keynote you’ll learn new strategies for your classroom an experience laughter, movement and a fresh look at connecting with children in your care.
