          4C for Children Announces New Vice President of Agency Advancement

          CINCINNATI (March 24, 2026) – 4C for Children, a child care resource and referral agency serving families and child care providers throughout Southwest Ohio and the Miami Valley, is pleased to announce Whitney O’Neal, CFRE, as its new Vice President of Agency Advancement.

          In this role, O’Neal will lead the agency’s strategic efforts in fundraising, community partnerships and organizational growth. As a member of the agency’s executive leadership team, she will also work closely with the board of trustees and community stakeholders to strengthen resources that support high-quality, accessible child care for families across the region.

          During early childhood, the growth and development of children’s brains occur at remarkable speeds.

          By their first birthday, children typically acquire all the necessary sounds essential for developing language skills and vocabulary. Although it might seem unfamiliar to converse with a baby, remember that your child absorbs every sound, word, and facial expression.
