4C for Children’s Heather Webb Celebrated as Coach of the Year

    September 20, 2024

Congratulations to our very own Heather Webb who is being honored by Cincinnati Preschool Promise as 2024 Coach of the Year. 4C for Children partners with the local non-profit to ensure access to high-quality preschools and better kindergarten preparedness for children.

Heather has worked as a 4C quality programs specialist since 2021 but she has been in the early childhood field for more than two decades. Her professional and personal mantra is inspired by Fred Rogers:

“There are three ways to ultimate success:
The First way is to BE KIND.
The Second way is to BE KIND.
The Third way is to BE KIND.”

Heather’s dedication to supporting community child care providers by helping them achieve and maintain high quality is what sets her apart.

After learning she had been chosen for the honor, Heather says her first thought was, “Wow! I love my job.” She also adds, “I wouldn’t be receiving this honor without the support and encouragement from the Team at 4C. We are there for each other, encouraging each other on the difficult days and we are each other’s biggest cheerleaders when someone succeeds… we are an AMAZING team!”

Quality programs manager Briana Jones-Hardy calls Heather a dedicated specialist, saying, “Her strong personal skills, transparency and caring personality are what makes her a dynamic specialist.”
