Development Associate

This full-time position based in our Cincinnati office will support the Agency Advancement team in the implementation of 4C's annual fundraising plan and goals by managing donor data, executing multi-channel development strategies, and coordinating agency and Board information. The successful candidate will exhibit a commitment to accuracy in data management and demonstrate the ability to analyze and interpret relevant data to define and solve problems, both independently and collaboratively.

This position requires at least three years of relevant work experience and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects while maintaining an executive level of professionalism. Excellent customer service, organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this position. A bachelor's degree is also required.

Workshop Assistants (Cincinnati)

4C for Children is looking for high-energy individuals who enjoy working with people to provide assistance with workshops for early childhood professionals. This part-time position is based at our Cincinnati office.

Requirements: minimum of a high school diploma; excellent customer service skills; ability to multitask and make quick decisions within a framework of guidelines; excellent record-keeping and organizational skills; available to work nights and weekends.
