Support Specialist, Quality Programs

4C for Children in Dayton is seeking a full time support specialist to join the Quality Programs team. This individual provides support for the agency’s integrated system of quality programs opportunities that contribute to the improved quality of early care and education programs.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work accurately, organizing and prioritizing time and multiple varied tasks, excellent customer service background and demonstrated organizational and communication skills, as well as be readily available and dependable for scheduled coverage. They will have experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, be able to safely lift and/or transport up to 25 pounds, and will be able to travel as necessary to perform routine agency errands.

Requirements: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; minimum one year related work experience and/or training.

Workshop Assistants (Cincinnati)

4C for Children is looking for high-energy individuals who enjoy working with people to provide assistance with workshops for early childhood professionals. This part-time position is based at our Cincinnati office.

Requirements: minimum of a high school diploma; excellent customer service skills; ability to multitask and make quick decisions within a framework of guidelines; excellent record-keeping and organizational skills; available to work nights and weekends.
