4C for Children is seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join the Quality Programs team. The quality programs specialist will provide coaching to administrators and teachers throughout the Southwest Ohio region. The specialist will be responsible for building relationships with early childhood professionals, collaborating with other team members to meet the needs of the community as well as staying on top of the latest research and best practices within the field.
This is a full-time position, based in our Cincinnati office. The ideal candidate brings a passion for supporting those who work with young children, primarily in child care centers.
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in early childhood or related field; three years experience in early childhood education; knowledge of administrative systems and Step Up To Quality preferred. Evening and Saturday work is required.
This is a full-time position, based in our Dayton Office. The ideal candidate brings passion for supporting those who provide oversight for childcare centers. This individual must be able to communicate effectively with diverse audiences both verbally and in writing. The specialist will function as an administrative/leadership coach: leading networking groups and delivering on-site coaching to support administrators in improving the quality of care provided. Some evenings and Saturday availability required.
Requirements: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. Experience working as an administrator in a Step Up To Quality rated program is required.
4C for Children is looking for high-energy individuals who enjoy working with people to provide assistance with workshops for early childhood professionals. This part-time position is based at our Cincinnati office.
Requirements: minimum of a high school diploma; excellent customer service skills; ability to multitask and make quick decisions within a framework of guidelines; excellent record-keeping and organizational skills; available to work nights and weekends.
