Trauma leaves a powerful imprint on a child life and affects their behavior in the classroom. In this workshop you will be able to define trauma as it relates to children, understand the impact of trauma on a child’s cognitive, social and emotional development. You will also learn creative strategies that will help children release the energy that is stuck due to trauma and be more present to learning and growing in your classroom.
