Who decides what words define you? If you are paid to care for young children—whether in a center, preschool, non-profit or home care setting—then you are an early childhood professional, and your attitude should show it! We’ll explore the history of why we do what we do the way we do it, and help you create a personal assessment of your accomplishments and goals so you can feel like the professional you are. NOTE: This training was previously titled “Teacher? Caregiver? Educarer? Defining Your Professional Identity” for SUTQ approval.
