Description:
In this training, we will first consider how “meaningful connection” is what enables us to evolve strong relationships that are mutually respectful and beneficial. We will then apply those connections to foundational guidelines for positive and meaningful behavioral supports; an exploration of practical approaches, techniques, and strategies to enact powerful behavioral management in our early childhood environments; and application to specific scenarios. We will cover the basic considerations and components of behavioral management that will empower professionals to develop and implement strategies and techniques that work best for you and your specific setting.
