Description:
This training provides participants with ample of information on diversity in today’s ECE programs. The training invites participants to take a deeper look at classroom practices from culturally diverse perspectives. Through a variety of hands-on activities, participants will discover ways to work with families in a culturally responsive manner. Moreover, planning intentionally to design meaningful experiences embedded within daily practices to promote children’s learning about differences, critical thinking of biased ideas, and building respect for diversity, will be carefully addressed.
