Description:
This training is based on Adlerian principles and provides an in-depth view of children’s behaviors in the classroom. You will learn 30 specific tools to use with children in your classroom to establish a foundation for positive guidance and lessen the number of challenging behaviors you see. Participants will analyze classroom practices that may contribute to challenging behaviors, review principles of children’s development, thinking, self-regulation, and reasons for misbehavior.
