Communicable Disease Recognition and Prevention Initial (6-hour)

Runny noses, rashes, and ringworm! Know when to hold them and when to send them home. Gain an understanding of controlling and identifying communicable diseases. Discussion will include ways diseases are spread in child care settings and methods to reduce the spread of disease. This session meets licensing requirements for the communicable disease course required by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS).
