Challenging Behavior: Back to Basics

From screaming at the teachers to throwing temper tantrums in the environment, working with young children can be challenging. In this training, we will unpack common myths of behaviors, identify possible motivating factors for the behaviors displayed, and consider strategies to support desired, developmentally appropriate behaviors in group settings. Participants will have the opportunity to learn in a variety of groupings including lecture and small workgroups. This training is the second of three trainings offered jointly by the Warren County Board of Developmental Disabilities and 4C for Children.
