Parent Support Group
Feeling stressed or just need some adult interaction with those facing similar parenting struggles?
If so, hop on an upcoming Family Matters virtual parenting session! Family Matters is a new virtual parent support group that meets on the last Thursday of each month from 7-8 p.m. It’s open to any adult who fills a parenting role in the life of children. The informal Zoom session is led by a 4C for Children specialist.
The format of Family Matters is designed to help enhance parenting skills and share tools to help create stronger communication between adults and children.
In a safe, supporting environment, participants share personal experiences, success stories and challenges as well as learn coping strategies and how to balance loving, nurturing relationships with meaningful consequences and much more.
