STARS for KIDS NOW

STARS for KIDS NOW is a voluntary four-star rating system to raise the level of quality in child care. It offers a system of incentives and rewards based on identified characteristics associated with positive outcomes for children and families and offers technical assistance to achieve quality indicators.
