4C for Children is excited to hold our first annual Miami Valley Leadership Conference. Join us as we have conversations about the issues facing child care providers today, and how you can work to overcome those challenges.

Featured conference speaker Dr. Tom Lasley, the executive director of Learn to Earn Dayton at the Dayton Foundation, will explore the topic of preparing the next generation of young people for success in a globalized economy. Participants will be challenged to assess how our region is doing in terms of ensuring the readiness to learn and earn for all our young people.

Attend workshop sessions on dealing with change, building healthy relationships, strengths-based leadership, quality programming and more. Read more details of the workshop sessions in the conference booklet.

SUTQ Workshop sessions are pending approval as Step Up To Quality specialized training.
