About 4C for Children
4C for Children is the
region's leading resource in early education and care. Its mission is to
improve the quality, effectiveness and accessibility of early childhood
education and care in the region so every child has a positive
experience and a foundation for success in school and life. 4C is the
hub of information on early care and education programs and the largest
provider of training and technical assistance for early childhood
care-givers and teachers. Its Dayton regional office is located in the
Kroc Corp Community Center. 4C assists families, child-care centers,

expanded to the following Air Bases: Creech & Nellis AFBs, Las
Vegas, NV; Davis-Monthan AFB, Tucson, AZ; Eglin AFB, South FL; Joint
Base (JB) Elmendorf-Richardson, Anchorage, AK; Fairchild AFB,
Spokane, WA; Hurlburt Field, Central FL; Minot AFB, Minot, ND, Moody
AFB, Valparaiso, GA; Offutt AFB, Omaha, NE; Shaw AFB, Columbia, SC;
Scott AFB, St Louis, MO; Tinker AFB, Oklahoma City, OK; Travis AFB,
Solano County, CA; Warner- Robins, AFB, Greater Atlanta, GA; and
Wright-Patterson AFB, Dayton, OH.
