4C Northern Kentucky’s Third Annual Leadership Conference

“The Power of We” is the topic of the keynote address at 4C Northern Kentucky’s Third Annual Leadership Conference Friday, May 8 at Receptions Inc. in Erlanger. This conference around the theme "Leading the Way," is approved for training clock hours by Kentucky Division of Child Care. The day is especially for owners, directors, administrators or management teams in the early care and education field.
Keynoter LaShana Harris, division director of the Division of Regulated Child Care, will discuss the importance of teamwork and leadership that makes a team flourish. She will outline the “we” who impact quality early care and education experiences for young children. The “we,” she says, is much bigger than you would think – it includes all of those working together for excellence and for children every day. Other featured speakers include B.J. Short, Kay Fittes, Jaesook Gilbert, and Robin Adams.
Conference sessions will include topics such as:
