4C for Children Hires New CFO

4C for Children, the region's premier resource for high-quality early childhood education and care, announces the addition of Chad Nieter as Chief Financial Officer. Nieter will oversee the agency's financial planning and reporting and grants compliance.
Nieter brings proven executive leadership experience at three non-profits in Greater Cincinnati as the senior financial officer to the position. He is a strategic, motivational leader with a reputation for aligning people and resources to maximize mission-driven outcomes.

As 4C's chief financial officer, Nieter is responsible for overseeing all financial operations. He has a deep knowledge of and experience in working in the non-profit sector and has a collaborative and dynamic style of leadership that motivates internal teams and external partners to pursue common goals.

Previously, Nieter served as chief financial officer at Cincinnati Union Bethel. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Cincinnati and is a certified public account.
Nieter lives in Mt. Lookout with wife Michele and son Cole.
