4C for Children

Project Coordinator, Family Child Care Language and Literacy (FT, 35 hours per week)

Responsible for planning and management of 4C Language and Literacy home visitation program. The program is designed to support family child care providers in their work with children toward the goal of kindergarten readiness. 

Candidates must have the ability to oversee the development and implementation of multiple projects in the language and literacy program. A successful candidate must have skill and experience in proposal development and writing, grant  management, documentation, measurement and reporting. Ability to recruit, train and coordinate the work of volunteer home visitors is required.

Candidates should have:

  • BS/BA in Early Childhood or related degree
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Experience and skill in project management
  • Experience in early childhood education or literacy
