To develop, present educational programs, and offer technical support for quality improvements for child care providers in NKY |

| Qualifications: |
- Bachelors degree or higher in early childhood or related field or associates plus three years full time related experience in early childhood field, preferably in the director/assistant director role.
- Must attain, at the minimum the Kentucky Level 3 Trainer Credential
- Ability to relate to child care providers and the community
- Strong communication and organizational skills

| Key Areas of Responsibility: |
- Designs, evaluates and presents professional development opportunities for child care providers. Serves as instructor for early childhood workshops sponsored by 4C.
- Develops curriculum using KY Core Content and Early Childhood Standards.
- Plans and evaluates workshops with workshop coordinator.
- Works with Professional Development Services Coordinator in central office, Institute Coordinator and Director of Professional Development (central office) on professional development opportunities that are in coordination with 4C mission and goals.
- Supports and assists child care providers with technical assistance services to improve the quality of care being offered.
- Maintains reports, as required, by appropriate funder.
- Stays up-to-date in knowledge of the early learning field and adapts 4C workshops and technical assistance/support to meet current needs.
- Attends state professional development meetings.
