4C's Parent Services awarded Quality Assurance with exceptional ratings

(March 2008) 4C Parent Services had its Quality Assurance accreditation renewed for another three years by Child Care Aware®. The voluntary accreditation includes "secret shopper" calls to test for quality in parent communications. 4C received exceptional ratings for all secret shopper phone calls.

"The Parent Services team at each 4C location is very proud of this achievement," says Anna Sharp, 4C director of Parent Services. "This reflects our dedication to go above and beyond to do a good job for families."

Sharp accepted the award from Linda Smith, executive director of the National Association of Child Care Resource & Referral Agencies, at its 2008 Policy Symposium in Washington, D.C., in March.
