Register for the Northern Kentucky Leadership Conference:

This year's conference, "Learning. Growing. Evolving. The Life of an Early Care and Education Director," will be Friday, May 14 at Receptions in Erlanger, Kentucky. The keynote address, "Extermination of the A.N.T.s (Automatic Negative Thoughts)" will be presented by Larry Griffin, a national education consultant for Kaplan to encourage discussion on how to "uncover" A.N.T.s and improve personal performance and the morale of staff. The registration fee of $75 includes breakfast, lunch, five hours of Kentucky approved training credit and the opportunity to network with other colleagues.

Break-out sessions include:

• Parents and Early Childhood Programs-The Dynamic Duo: How to Involve Parents
• The Anti-Bias Curriculum: How to Incorporate Diversity into Your Classroom
• Nurturing the Nature: Teaching Responsively to Male and Female Brains 
• Planning With a Purpose: Why Curriculum is so Important
