4C receives grant from The Greater Cincinnati Foundation for technology upgrade

(August 2008) 4C has been awarded a $20,000 grant from The Greater Cincinnati Foundation to fund a technology upgrade. This grant will fund the hardware, software and training needed for a Novell to Windows server migration.

"This project will enhance current functionality at 4C, allow for future growth and create a more financially sustainable technology infrastructure for the long term," says 4C IT manager, Terri Alekzander.

The Greater Cincinnati Foundation, an effective steward of the community's charitable resources since 1963, makes grants and provides leadership in six key areas: arts and culture, community and economic development, education, the environment, health and human services.
