Direct Deposit for Meal Claims

Would you like your meal claim money days quicker than others get theirs?
Would you like to not have to worry about "the check is lost in the mail" and the delay in getting a replacement check?
Would you like to not have to worry about a misplaced or stolen claim check?

If the answer to any or all of these questions is yes, then 4C is happy to announce that we have the capability of electronically transferring the claim amounts into your checking or savings account. If you sign up for direct deposit, we will transfer the funds as soon as we have finished processing the funds from the state. You will still receive a remittance document in the mail showing claim month and amount.

To sign up for direct deposit of claim checks, please complete the information on the direct deposit form, attach official documentation (such as a voided check), have an authorized person at your bank or financial institution sign the bottom part and return the form to 4C by mail or with your next month's menu.
